Meg Gibson is a realtor for a large agency operating on the Cote d’Azur, with a client base of mostly expats and second home owners.
2020 was a difficult year for this segment of the industry, being unable to host physical property viewings. Meg was looking for ways to promote her properties and brand online.
Having worked with the agency previously, we were contacted to take over email marketing and social media.
We developed email templates that would offer ‘story’ type content of a featured property, allowing prospective clients to get a feel for the property and location without attending in person. Content included virtual walkthroughs of the property and area, as well as information and resources. Our objective was to paint a vivid picture of the featured property in a way that was emotionally immersive while remaining informative.
These emails have proven popular and successful, with an excellent average open rate of 45% and click-through rate of 7%.
Meg’s posts to social media were previously irregular so she wasn’t seeing much growth. She is an incredible photographer, so we made sure she had posts going out every day with interesting and relevant content with the correct hashtags.
Content was a combination of property listings, useful information, and facts about the local area. The content, schedule and hashtags were closely monitored for performance. Engagement continues to grow and has already attracted new clients.
